North Redington Beach is one of several Tampa Bay beach communities that line the Pinellas Suncoast.
North Redington Beach boasts a wide variety of recreational opportunities for residents and visitors alike both within North Redington Beach or within a short drive of North Redington Beach. A variety of deep-sea fishing charters, several casino cruises, dolphin watching nature tours, boat and wave runner rentals and parasailing are just a few of the activities available in North Redington Beach or offered in neighboring beach communities.
The Tampa Bay Beaches are a series of barrier islands that make up the the Florida Sun Coast. North Redington Beach lies in the heart of the Tampa Bay Beaches communities, halfway between the northern and southern tips of the barrier islands with Redington Shores to the north and Redington Beach to the south.
A short drive across one of the many available bridges that connect the beaches with the mainland you will find the Pinellas Trail which offers a 34-mile challenge of motor vehicle free hiking, biking, jogging or walking. If golf is your game, the Redington Beach area has 34 beautiful and affordable golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
For the vacationer, North Redington Beach offers a variety of hotels and motels, fine dining establishments and popular breakfast and lunch restaurants. Most of which are within walking distance of each other.
A mile long beach with six beach accesses on the Gulf side with 28 miles of shoreline, is perfect for swimming, shelling, building sand castles, sunning, strolling at sunset, or relaxing with a good book. This is the reason residents and vacationers cherish North Redington Beach. Once the home of the fabled Tides Bath Club, a resort frequented by sports and show business celebrities, North Redington Beach's sandy beach slopes gently into the Gulf of Mexico, making it very safe for swimming for both children and adults. One of the biggest attractions to North Redington Beach is that visitors have all the amenities of a much larger city, yet without the crowds, noise and traffic.
North Redington Beach is centrally located making it only 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport, the City of Tampa, the City of Clearwater and the City of St. Petersburg and all the activities these larger cities offer. Click Here for the best deals on North Redington Beach Hotels!
